Question 1

How is Lehire different from an ATS?

Accepted Answer

We are not an ATS and do not replace one. Lehire is the decision layer on top: structured evaluation, interview intelligence, and hiring memory. Keep your ATS for tracking and use Lehire to decide between candidates.

Question 2

Is Lehire a candidate database or sourcing tool?

Accepted Answer

No. You bring the candidates, or your ATS does. Lehire helps you evaluate and decide between the people you already have, consistently and with evidence behind every call.

Question 3

What is hiring decision intelligence?

Accepted Answer

It is the structured layer between screening and the final hire. Lehire combines resume fit, interview signal, and role criteria into one consistent, comparable, defensible decision, and remembers it for next time.

Question 4

What does Lehire cost?

Accepted Answer

Premium is $79 per user per month. Enterprise adds interview intelligence, custom AI, integrations, and security with custom pricing.

Question 5

Is my data secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, authentication uses secure email and password with hashed credentials, and candidate data is stored securely so you can re-evaluate against new roles without re-uploading.
